The WA EPA should apply its Wheatstone 'best practice' CO2 benchmark to Woodside's Browse Basin LNG hub, while the EPA's Wheatstone move also highlights lax constraints imposed on Inpex by the Northern Territory Government, says the WA Conservation Council.
