Wind companies digest adverse rulings in Victoria, South Australia

A Victorian tribunal has ruled that a company must follow tougher wind farm noise guidelines, despite a Supreme Court ruling to the contrary, while a South Australian court's decision to overturn development consent for a wind farm has major ramifications for the industry, says the project developer.
