Queensland solar heater strategy: Success story or industry disaster?

The Clean Energy Council today warned that the Bligh Government's commitment to providing Queenslanders with heavily-discounted solar hot water systems will undermine the industry it's trying to help. But the State Government says it has been overwhelmed by interest in the scheme.
