'No case to answer': UK 'climategate' inquiry clears researcher of dishonesty

A UK parliamentary inquiry has cleared Professor Phil Jones, the climate scientist at the centre of the 'climategate' leaked emails controversy, in a report that refers to his refusal to supply raw data to a 'freelance earth scientist from Australia' and to a complaint from an academic who has fronted a Senate inquiry for the climate-sceptic Lavoisier Group.
