Victoria's capacity mechanism stance at odds with Yallourn strategy: EUAA

It's ironic that Victoria doesn't want fossil generation in the proposed capacity mechanism, when it last year did a secret deal to keep the coal-fired Yallourn power plant open for longer, according Energy Users Association chief executive Andrew Richards.
