Greens launch waste crisis plan to fix "broken" REDcycle scheme

The NSW Greens have revealed their $800 million plan to deal with the waste crisis after the state's EPA ordered Coles and Woolworths to dump more than 5200 tonnes of stored soft plastics from the failed REDcycle scheme.
