Regions have key role to play in clean power push, says Climate Institute

Independent MP Tony Windsor, whose support will be crucial if the Government is to introduce a carbon trading regime, has launched Climate Institute research that says up to 34,000 new regional jobs could be created in clean energy by 2030 if emissions are cut by 25%.
