ACT bill sets 2013 target for emissions peak

A bill introduced today into the ACT Legislative Assembly sets targets to cut greenhouse gas emissions to 40% below 1990 levels by 2020 and peak per capita emissions by 2013, while a separate report calls for east coast cooperation on carbon pricing.
